Transformational Coaching

Donna has created a systematic process called MEtamorphosis to methodically support her clients’ Mindset and Energy in three stages of transformation:

  1. Examining their life holistically and retroactively to identify the underlying factors that have been getting in the way of experiencing life to the fullest. These factors include but are not limited to perceptions, limiting beliefs, assumptions, inner critic, stories, toxic energetic presentation, etc.
  2. Raising awareness about their old paradigm (the lens they see themselves and the world through) that results in a paradigm shift. Therefore, clients have access to expanding beliefs, supporting inner voice, empowering mindset, upbeat attitude and positive energetic presentation that will allow them to create their desired outcomes proactively, consciously and strategically.
  3. Once the space of possibility, limitlessness and clarity is created in stage two, Donna helps her client incorporate a 6-step modality to accomplish their goals and deepest desires.

These 6 steps are:

1. Initiation: Baseline clarity, purpose identification, goal definition, scope development, and success criteria assignment

2. Strategic Planning: AIM SMART the goal and develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and check points by identifying the who, what, why, when, where, and how.

3. Execution: Putting plan into action with ongoing accountability measures

4. Evaluation: Track performance to measure progress by using the checkpoints

5. Closure: Documentation of lessons learnt, pain points, discoveries, and assessment of resources

6. Celebration: Every accomplishment deserves a decent celebration to clear the mental space and establish stamina for the next goal.

MEtamorphosis is NOT a quick fix! The change that occurs during the 3-stage process is fundamental, permanent and profound as it addresses the root causes of behaviors and actions rather than patching them temporarily.

The ripple effect of this process will impact all aspects of clients’ life such as finances, relationships, profession, well-being, personal growth, etc.

MEtamorphosis has a multitude of byproducts such as metacognition (high order of thinking) and development of hardiness (resilience and strong commitment to goals) that will be catalysts in accomplishing goals across all areas of life.

Leadership Coaching

As a leadership coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), Donna asks her clients the question “How do you lead?” and often hear them say “I don’t hold a leadership position!”

And this is how a new paradigm for leadership starts to get developed.

Leadership is a “function” in life not a “role” within
the context of corporations and organizations.

True leaders are not confined to office walls and are not limited to specific positions within those walls, but are found in families, groups, sports, education, health fields, and within all levels and roles in small and large organizations.

Leadership is the intersection of interaction and influence and leader is the individual in the interaction who knowingly or unknowingly creates the greater influence in the other person. The influence can be positive or negative, focused consciously or unintentionally, and the impact can be minimal or maximal. Hence, every interaction presents the opportunity to lead and have impact on others.

Leadership also includes self-leadership, which is the “ability to influence, inspire and motivate self to do what you desire to do.”
